The ‘Winter Cottage ’ is a Pool Villa located within a very quiet area of Cha am and is only 2km from the beach. There are many restaurants & shops located within 1km.
The main house is 96sqm and features a living room , dining area, euro spec kitchen, bedroom, 2 shower rooms and toilets as well as an office.
The Annex contains a bedroom with a shower room and toilet. There is a living room with sofa / guest beds. There is also a small fridge.
The Swimming pool is 8m x 4m regularly cleaned and maintained the perfect place to cool down on a hot sunny days !
Garden Sala a traditional Thai garden Sala is a great place for relaxing in the evening with family or friends.
Addition Features – Air conditioning is provided to 2 bedrooms , living room and dining room. Wi-fi internet, television, DVD player, safe deposit box , washing machine, thai grill and garden furniture . All bedding and towels are provided.
